Our office uses Clio, a cloud-based legal practice management system, that makes collaborating with clients from any place possible.  It allows us to accommodate clients with flexible e-signatures; the creation of individual, secure client portals for the sharing of documents; automated reminders for important dates and deadlines; and prompt communication through multiple media platforms, i.e. text, social media, email, or other preferred mode of communication.  

In addition to maintaining a traditional paper file, client files are backed up daily and automatically using secure, encrypted cloud storage through Carbonite.
