Bryan Keith Underwood, Esq.
I enjoy being able to live and practice law in my hometown of Maysville, Kentucky, named one of the most charming towns in America by Country Living magazine. Our residents, however, deal with the same serious legal issues. Since 1999, I have successfully defended those accused of crimes, the injured, the disabled, and men and women struggling with domestic issues. My practice also includes estate planning for friends and family and advising those with business, agricultural and commercial interests. I practice primarily in the District & Circuit Courts of Mason, Bracken, Fleming, and Lewis County; however, I will take on criminal cases throughout the Commonwealth and in Federal Courts. I also enjoy writing and arguing appeals on novel issues of law.
